Afforestation |
This package focuses on the rehabilitation of degraded forest areas through Rehabilitation of Degraded Forests (RDF), Assisted Natural Regeneration (ANR), and development of fuelwood plantations. Progress is assessed through plantation verification, site inspection, survival percentage, growth parameters such as height and girth, sample enumeration, and GPS/photo documentation. Afforestation activities would cover a total of 32,000 hectares throughout the project landscape. |

Incentive-based Agroforestry |
The component promotes agroforestry by supporting farmers. It is an incentive-based agroforestry program entailing the distribution of 5 lakh saplings, along with multiple awareness activities. Evaluation includes beneficiary records, sapling distribution registers, survival verification, and incentive payment tracking. |

Water Conservation Structures |
This package aims to enhance water availability through the construction of 2,00,000 Cubic metres, Check Dams, 2,50,000 RMT Contour Bunding, 500 Gabions, 450 Silt Detention Structures, 4,600 Ha of Drainage Line Treatment (DLT) works, 500 Percolation Tanks, and other water harvesting works. Biodiversity Conservation |
The objective is to strengthen biodiversity through the development of 100 Plant Micro Reserves (PMRs), enrichment of 23,000 Ha of old plantations, construction of 600 kms of protection walls, conservation of 3000 Ha of Orans (Sacred Groves), and wetland restoration initiatives. Performance is measured through field inspections, biodiversity indicators. |

Wildlife Development |
This package supports habitat improvement and wildlife protection through 200 kms of boundary wall construction, restoration and habitat improvement of the Ranthambhore-Ramgarh Vishdhari Corridor, construction of 250 water points, development of 2 conservation reserves and 4 protected areas. Eco-tourism initiatives are being undertaken at 5 sites. Progress is monitored through site inspections, habitat assessments, and infrastructure verification. |

Livelihood Improvement |
The livelihood component aims to enhance income opportunities and promote community resilience through livelihood interventions, based on convergence with existing livelihood development schemes through the MOU signed between Rajasthan Grameen Ajeevika Vikas Parishad (RGAVP) and Rajasthan Forest Department through the Rajasthan Vaniki evam Jaiv Vividhita Vikas Samiti (RVJVVS). Institutional strengthening of Self-Help Groups (SHGs) consists of conduct of through 600 training programs, skill development through 800 training programs, and capacity building of 1,200 SHGs. Each SHG will receive INR 1 lakh as Livelihood Promotion Fund (LPF) to initiate Income Generation Activity (IGA). Evaluation focuses on beneficiary records, training outcomes, SHG performance, and income improvements. |

Community Mobilization |
This package focuses on strengthening community institutions through the formation of 800 Village Forest Protection & Management Committees (VFPMCs) /Eco Development Committees (EDCs), development of 600 micro-plans and revision of 200 micro-plans. Implementation of 800 Entry Point Activities (EPA), establishment of 22 Division level Project Facilitation Teams (PFT), and organization of 800 awareness camps to enhance community participation, promote awareness, and participatory development activities. Assessment includes review of community records, participation levels, micro-plan quality, and stakeholder satisfaction. |

Capacity Building and Institutional Support |
The package seeks to strengthen the capacity of project staff, community institutions, and stakeholders through 1685 multi-thematic training programs and 60 exposure visits. Progress will be evaluated through training completion records, participant feedback, and application of acquired knowledge in project implementation. Development of infrastructure for Centre of Excellence for training - Rajasthan Forestry & Wildlife Training Institute (RFWTI), Jaipur. This component contributes significantly to improving implementation efficiency and sustainability across all project interventions. |

Monitoring & Evaluation |
This package ensures systematic project tracking through Geographic Information System (GIS) /Management Information system (MIS)-based monitoring, baseline surveys, GPS data collection, satellite imagery analysis, studies, and evaluation reports. Evaluation includes data quality assessments, monitoring visits, and review of project documentation. |
