The package seeks to strengthen the capacity of project staff, community institutions, and stakeholders through 1685 multi-thematic training programs and 60 exposure visits. Progress will be evaluated through training completion records, participant feedback, and application of acquired knowledge in project implementation. Development of infrastructure for Centre of Excellence for training - Rajasthan Forestry & Wildlife Training Institute (RFWTI), Jaipur. This component contributes significantly to improving implementation efficiency and sustainability across all project interventions.
