This package focuses on strengthening community institutions through the formation of 800 Village Forest Protection & Management Committees (VFPMCs) /Eco Development Committees (EDCs), development of 600 micro-plans and revision of 200 micro-plans. Implementation of 800 Entry Point Activities (EPA), establishment of 22 Division level Project Facilitation Teams (PFT), and organization of 800 awareness camps to enhance community participation, promote awareness, and participatory development activities. Assessment includes review of community records, participation levels, micro-plan quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
