- Gender Inclusion is to be ascertained and shall form the very essence of all RFBDP project packages encompassing women livelihood, community mobilization, women participation, leadership and equal work opportunities and equal pay.
- Emphasizing on financial and economic empowerment of women as major objectives within all of the project activities undertaken in RFBDP.
- Gender based violence, bias, exploitation, misconduct and harassment shall not be acceptable in the project under zero tolerance.
- Internal Complaints Committee is constituted under Section 4, of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act 2013, in the Project Landscape. The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) is a Standing Committee in all Project Divisions. The Common Complaint Form to register a complaint is available in the download section.
