• Establishment of Grievance Redressal Mechanism (GRM) is a crucial component to effectuate the timely redressal of grievances and sustainable project activity execution. A Grievance Redressal Cell (GRC) is formed at the level of the Project Management Unit which will be headed by the Project Director (PD), RFBDP, who will be helped by the DPD (RFBDP) and will serve as the Grievance Redressal Officer (GRO).
  • The GRO will receive Project related complaints from the PMU/DMU’s/FMU’s and would present them to the PD, RFBDP for proceeding with the redressal. The PD, RFBDP may form a committee (if required) for the redressal of any complaint.
  • The purpose of the Grievance Redressal Cell (GRC) is to provide a structured way for stakeholders (those who consider themselves affected by the project’s activities) to voice their grievances, concerns, queries, and issues.
